Introduction
This release delivers a full rewrite of Saved Views — named, shareable board configurations across five modules — and makes switching between projects instant, adds duplicate detection to the Outlook Plugin, and lets you use hyphens in Office Codes and Acronyms. It also fixes a data import issue that could silently drop information, along with Procore sync fixes that keep project directories and company records accurate.
Power-Up Release
- Saved Views (V2) — Save a named board configuration — filters, fields and columns, and sorting — and switch to it in one click, across Opportunities, Projects, Contacts, Companies, and Workforce. Share a view at the Individual, Office, or Everyone level, with permissions governing who can view, edit, or delete it, and pick up right where you left off with automatic last-used view persistence.
Feature Drop
- Instant project switching — Navigating between projects no longer triggers a full page reload, so switching from one project to another feels immediate.
- Outlook Plugin duplicate detection — Creating an Opportunity, Contact, or Company from the Outlook Plugin now flags likely duplicates before you save.
- Hyphens in Office Code / Acronym — You can now include hyphens when setting an Office Code or Acronym.
Fix-It Release
- Data Import
- CSV and Excel uploads with a blank column header no longer silently drop that column's data.
- Procore Integration
- Team members are now added to the project directory during sync instead of being skipped.
- Syncing no longer creates a duplicate company record when the company is already associated with the opportunity.
