Introduction
This release makes it easier to find Opportunities and Projects by their readable ID, and improves the speed and reliability of Enterprise Workflows when you add companies to a record. It also fixes duplicate company records created by integration syncs and a template display issue in Settings.
Feature Drop
- Search by ID — Search for Opportunities and Projects by their readable ID as well as by title. Partial and case-insensitive matches work for both.
Fix-It Release
- Enterprise Workflows
- Adding several companies to the same Opportunity in quick succession now runs a relation-triggered workflow for every company, instead of only the first.
- Narrowed role options now appear within about a second of adding a company, instead of taking around five seconds.
- Dependent dropdown fields no longer show stale options right after you select a value that triggers a Conditional Options workflow.
- Integrations
- Integration syncs no longer create duplicate company records when the same external company arrives on several records at once. Every affected Opportunity now stays linked to the correct company.
- Settings
- Switching from an Opportunity template to a Project template while the first is still loading now always shows the Project template.
