ProjectMark Application Enhancement

Introduction

This release makes record creation more forgiving of team and office permissions, strengthens Enterprise Workflows and the Procore integration, and rounds out Reports and Filters with a handful of new options. It also ships a wide set of fixes across CRM, Identifiers, the Outlook Plugin, and Companies.

Feature Drop

  • Last Activity Date — Contacts, Companies, and Opportunities now show a Last Activity Date field in field templates and list views, so you can see at a glance when a record was last touched.
  • Type dates directly into filters — Date range filter fields now accept a typed date in addition to the calendar picker, so you can jump straight to the range you need.
  • Save report definitions without generating — The report builder now includes a Save button, letting you store a report definition without running it first.
  • Richer Record Digest emails — Send Record Digest workflow actions now support sorting by column and rich-text message bodies, giving you more control over what recipients see.
  • Company Website filter — The Companies board now includes a Company Website filter, so you can narrow the list down by website.
  • Vista integration: WorkEmail mapping — The Vista integration now supports mapping WorkEmail on team members.
  • Procore integration: Active field mapping — The Procore integration now exposes Active as a mappable field.

Fix-It Release

  • Permissions
    • Creating Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, Projects, and Team Members no longer requires edit ownership on every team or office — having it on just one is now enough.
    • The "Make Required on Creation" action is no longer visible to users without the appropriate settings permission.
  • Companies
    • Opening the Custom Fields tab on a company no longer crashes the page.
  • Relationship Management
    • Adding a contact from a required role card now automatically assigns that role instead of leaving it vacant.
  • Enterprise Workflows
    • Stage-change triggers now fire automatically during normal CRM use, not just on manual test runs.
    • Required-fields warnings now show one consistent message, creating a record directly into a non-default stage now correctly runs stage-entry required-field workflows, and formula recalculation jobs are more reliable under load.
    • "Show Fields" workflow actions can no longer be silently overridden by "Hide Fields" configured in another workflow.
  • User Management
    • The user management page no longer times out for companies with a large number of users spread across many offices.
  • Identifiers
    • Manually assigning an identifier now succeeds even when the configured stage trigger hasn't been reached yet.
    • Identifier sequences no longer drift or collide after applying identifier setting changes with "Update all existing."
  • Outlook Plugin
    • Opening a record no longer triggers a runaway loop of background requests.
  • Procore Integration
    • Contact sync no longer fails when a contact's email is missing or blank.
    • Relation sync now respects the automation triggers and filters you've configured instead of ignoring them.
    • The Trigger Events configuration step no longer lets you save invalid cross-entity trigger combinations.
  • Data Hub
    • Sorting the Projects list in descending order now correctly places the newest projects at the top.
  • Finance Sheet
    • Financial sheet cells no longer clear out while you're typing due to a background refresh.
  • Reports
    • The Update Report button no longer appears by default when opening a report that already has a custom filter applied.
    • The Month of the Quarter dropdown now shows month names instead of raw values when quarterly recurrence is selected.
  • Opportunities
    • Creating an opportunity with an assignee no longer sends a spurious "unarchived" email notification.
  • CRM
    • The stage board no longer fails to load when a deleted custom section still has a required field linked via workflow.
  • Contacts
    • Opening an existing career history entry now loads its fields instead of showing an empty modal.
  • App Reliability
    • After a new deploy, the app now reloads automatically once instead of showing a broken-page error when it requests an outdated file.
