Introduction
This release introduces Opportunity & Project ID Generation, giving every Opportunity and Project a unique, auto-generated identifier, and completes the section rollout for the Outlook Plugin — along with fixes to Opportunities and Tasks.
Power-Up Release
- Opportunity & Project ID Generation — Opportunities and Projects can now be automatically assigned a unique identifier built from the office code and a configurable sequence. Admins can set up identifier formats and per-office sequencing from Settings, and choose whether IDs generate automatically on creation, on a stage change, or on demand via a manual Generate ID action. IDs also extend to custom fields, display across Opportunity and Project views, sync bidirectionally with integrations like BuildingConnected, and show up in the InDesign plugin.
Feature Drop
- Outlook Plugin — All Sections Available — The Outlook plugin now surfaces every section across Opportunities, Contacts, and Companies, including Career History for Contacts and grouped relations for Companies — giving the plugin the same full editing experience as the web app.
Fix-It Release

- Deal owner changes now save correctly in Calendar, Kanban, and List views.
- Tasks
- Completed subtasks no longer disappear from the task modal — they now stay visible without needing to close and reopen it.
