Introduction
This release introduces the new On Call / IDIQ opportunity group type, improves user management removal, and resolves issues across Win Probability, Automated Workflows, Settings, and more.
Power-Up Release
- On Call / IDIQ opportunity group – A new group type designed for on-call and IDIQ contracts is now available in the Opportunities board. The group shell displays a dedicated summary panel with Contract Period (date range picker), Potential Contract Value (money input), Active Opportunities (sum of active project values, excluding Won), Awarded (sum of Won opportunity values), and Remaining Potential Value (Potential Contract Value minus Awarded) — giving your team full visibility into contract pipeline at a glance.
Feature Drop
- One-click user removal from all modules – Administrators can now remove a user from every module in a single action, eliminating the need to manually revoke access module by module.
Fix-It Release
- Opportunities
- Changing an opportunity's stage no longer overwrites a manually entered Win Probability with the stage default. Your custom value is now preserved.
- Win Probability now correctly shows Won and Lost labels instead of displaying 101% and –1% for opportunities in those stages.
- Moving an On Call group to a Won stage no longer returns a "group not found" error — the action completes successfully.
- Automated Workflows
- Pipeline stages with zero opportunities can now be selected as a trigger for Stage Changed workflow trigger. Previously, empty stages were not available in the selector.
- Settings
- Updating Project Value Modifier (PVM) settings in project settings no longer resets existing opportunity PVM values to $0. Project and opportunity PVM settings are now managed independently.
- User Management
- A dropdown from a previous screen no longer overlaps the Add Team Member modal, resolving a layering conflict that blocked the form.
