Introduction
This release delivers improvements across Role-Based Permissions, Forecast, Opportunity Grouping, Integrations, and plugins. The updates focus on improving permission handling, calculation accuracy, usability, and overall platform stability.
Feature Drop
- Forecast – Added a secondary button in the Create menu to allow importing actuals.
- Contacts – Implemented new relationship filters, allowing:
- Displaying related Team Members within Contacts and Companies
- Displaying related Contacts & Companies within Team Members
Fix-It Release
- InDesign Plugin
- Fixed line merge issues when replacing highlighted text with plugin content.
- Fixed extra spacing and missing middle spaces when inserting text.
- Fixed undo behavior when replacing content.
- Role-Based Permissions
- Authorized users can now access reports via email link.
- Users with Company edit permission can now duplicate a Company without being blocked by team ownership restrictions.
- Global reports now display correctly when generating reports from the Opportunities board.
- Users can now select or move the Deal Owner immediately after creating a Multi-Bid group.
- Forecast
- Fixed project value display when creating a Deal Probability Forecast.
- Opportunity Grouping
- Fixed total group value calculation when Multi-Trade groups exist inside Multi-Bid groups after stage changes.
- Opportunities
- Fixed label display for Expand/Collapse Stage action in Opportunity List View.
- Companies
- Fixed issue where Affiliates were not displayed in the affiliates column when added via bilateral relationship.
- Integrations
- Fixed Procore integration configuration failure after moving from the Team Member step.
