Introduction
This update brings a series of improvements focused on accuracy, consistency, and a smoother workflow. You’ll notice better filtering, clearer formatting, more reliable activity logs, and fixes across Contacts, Companies, Reports, Formula Fields, and Forecast—making everyday actions faster and more dependable.
Feature Drop
- Mobile – Should allow login using Face ID for secure and quick access.
Auto-Upgrade
- Contacts/Companies – Should display only active opportunities in the contacts and companies list.
- Email – Adjust Date Format in Due Date Email Notification.
- Analytics – Improve deal funnel size and resizing.
- Opportunities – Automatically sync Professionals Assigned with Team Planning. Create the Project Team on opportunity creation and ensure assigned professionals are consistently added as team members.
Fix-It Release
- DataHub – Should not display “This project no longer exists” when accessing or creating a project from a member.
- Contacts – Should be able to edit and delete notes inside the contact and company activity logs.
- Forecast – Should display correct value in Forecast Weighted Value field.
- Office Management – Should remove deleted user from team user list.
- Activity Log – Should not generate empty or missing activity logs for actions on companies and opportunities.
- Contacts & Companies –
- Should always display add opportunity button when adding an opportunity in a contact or company.
- Should be able to edit and delete notes inside the contact and company activity logs.
- Reports:
- Should not throw error when exporting reports with “Address” field selected.
- Should display only “Created By”, “Type”, and “Entity Name” as group by options when the source is Note.
- Formula Fields:
- Should properly calculate and display formula values in Team Member Custom Section.
- Should remove a field from the formula when its type changes to text.
- Should display the win probability field only in the section it was moved to.
- Should update Opportunity Win Probability field when creating/changing stage.
