ProjectMark Application Enhancement

Introduction

This release brings major improvements to Contacts & Companies and Outlook, making it easier to connect people and companies to your team and automatically enrich contact information from emails. It also includes reporting enhancements, integration log improvements, and multiple fixes across Opportunity Filters, Settings, and Opportunity Grouping for a smoother and more reliable experience.

Power-Up Release

  • Contacts & Companies – You can now associate Contacts and Companies with Team Members, following the same experience already used when linking contacts and companies to each other. This makes it easier to keep ownership and relationships organized across your team.
  • Outlook – Improved contact enrichment when viewing emails in Outlook. The platform can now automatically populate missing contact details such as Company, Job Title, and Phone Number when available, helping you keep your CRM data more complete with less manual work.

Feature Drop

  • Reporting – Reports preview now supports sorting by Stage based on the pipeline order, making it easier to review results in the correct workflow sequence.

Auto-Upgrade

  • Integrations – Improved Vista Integration logs by removing empty entries and unnecessary log details for a cleaner and more useful audit trail.

Fix-It Release

  • Opportunity Filters – Last activity date filters now return more consistent results by using the same date range logic.
  • Contacts – Fixed an issue where the contact modal could not be closed during an action, even after waiting.
  • Settings

    • Newly enabled sections are now included correctly when saving reorder changes in Manage Sections.
    • Fixed scrolling issues when editing a team in Office Management.
  • Opportunity Grouping

    • Back navigation now correctly returns from Multi-Trade to Multi-Bid view.
    • Opportunity group names now update on the board without requiring a page refresh.
    • Opportunity groups are no longer shown in the Projects section after converting an opportunity into a project.
