Introduction
This release introduces a new way to organize related opportunities with Multi-Bid Opportunities Grouping, along with usability improvements and important fixes across the platform. Updates include better opportunity ordering, integration reliability improvements, and multiple enhancements to ensure Forecast data and charts display more accurately.
Power-Up Release
- Multi-Bid Opportunities Group – You can now group similar opportunities for the same project under a single master plan, even when they belong to different GCs or bids. This helps keep related opportunities organized and easier to manage in one place.
Auto-Upgrade
- Opportunities – Newly created opportunities are now placed at the top of the stage and remain correctly ordered after refreshing the page.
Fix-It Release
- Contacts & Companies (C&C) – Fixed an issue where the address field was not saved when the website was filled before creating a company.
- Integrations
- Removed deleted stages from field mapping.
- Fixed an issue where Job Site Region integration returned a 400 error when posting in Vista integration.
- Updated the integration configuration page to display the correct styles.
- Forecast
- Selected filters are now correctly applied to the Deal Probability chart.
- Opportunity grouping is no longer shown when using the Deal Probability Forecast type.
- Totals now calculate correctly when filtering by Opportunities or Projects.
- The chart tooltip now displays “Actuals” and “Forecast” labels on hover.
- Revenue Forecast now shows annual totals next to the opportunity count, matching the expected layout.
- Revenue/Deal Forecast now displays the Project Value total directly below the Project Value column.
