ProjectMark Application Enhancement

Introduction

This release introduces Role-Based Permissions, enhancing how access is managed across teams and offices to ensure users seeonly the data relevant to their role, team, or location. It also brings newreporting capabilities, expanded relationship filtering, improvements to opportunity syncing and grouping behavior, and important fixes across Integrations, Reports, Vista, CRM, Contacts, and Opportunity Grouping to improve stability and accuracy.

Power-Up Release

  • Role-Based Permissions – Teams and Offices now act as permission-based filters, defining who can see what across the system. This ensures users only access data relevant to their role, team, or location, improving both data security and overall usability.

Feature Drop

• Reports – Task Export – Added a new task export interface, allowing users to select fields, apply filters, define grouping, choose file formats, and configure sharing options when exporting tasks.
  • Team Member Relations –  Relation Filters – Users can now filter Contacts, Companies, and Team Members by their relationships. For example, you can find all Contacts related to a specific Team Member or all Team Members connected to a particular Company.

Auto-Upgrade

  • Opportunities – Updated Potential Projects sync to exclude grouped opportunities and include only standalone or non-group child opportunities.
  • Integrations – Removed text field mapping from Building Connected to Companies in ProjectMark.
  • Opportunity Grouping – Unarchiving an opportunity inside an archived Multi-Bid Group now automatically unarchives the group.

Fix-It Release

  • Vista – Fixed an issue preventing the creation of a second workflow.
  • CRM – Opportunity List View now displays the actual numeric value (including negative values) instead of the field title.
  • Contacts – Importing associations without a role no longer assigns an incorrect default relationship.
  • Opportunity Grouping
    • The Expand Group button no longer disappears in list views when the title column is narrow.
    • Group totals are correctly recalculated after converting an opportunity to a project and updating the project value.
    • Switching integration grouping settings (Multi-Trade → Multi-Bid) no longer changes existing group types.
    • Search and sort controls now display correctly when a Multi-Bid group contains only archived opportunities.
    • Average group value now calculates correctly when one opportunity has a value of 0.
    • Reordering a group after moving it to another stage no longer causes errors.
    • Analytics modal totals now count only standalone and Multi-Trade opportunities.
    • The current group type is now shown as selected and disabled when converting a group type.
  • Reports
    • Notes created today are now included when generating a Notes report with the “Today”filter.
    • Should report time now updates correctly when modifying the “Send at” time.
  • Integrations
    • Saved Procore custom fields now display correctly when editing integration settings.
    • Fixed Procore Company Sync failure when fields contain attachments.
    • Resolved timeout issue in Procore Project Relations Sync flow.
    • Building Connected integration no longer updates the Deal Owner when no mapping is configured.
    • Opportunities are no longer incorrectly unarchived by the Building Connected integration after being archived.
