You’ll also notice smoother integrations, smarter defaults, and a series of refinements that make managing contacts, opportunities, and reports more intuitive than ever.
Power-Up Release
- Task Privacy Settings: Introduced new privacy controls for tasks, allowing specific visibility rules to be configured and managed by users.
- Formula Fields: Added support for creating custom formula fields across all modules, enabling calculated values based on numeric, percentage, monetary, or date fields — available on both web and mobile.
Feature Drop
- Reports Grouping by Role: Improved report grouping to properly respect the relationship between team members and their roles.
- List View Expand/Collapse: Enhanced expand and collapse behavior in List View, keeping user preferences after refresh and renaming actions to “Collapse stage” and “Expand stage.”
Auto-Upgrade
- Procore Field Mapping: Added Project Number to field mapping options for smoother integration.
- BuildingConnected Conflict Resolution: Users can now select ProjectMark as the default solver for data conflicts.
- Opportunity Conversion Logs: Activity Logs now record which user converted an opportunity into a project for better tracking.
- Career Experience Update: Renamed Career Experience sections to Career History for consistency.
- Notes Counter Update: Notes counters in list view now count only main notes, excluding replies.
- Calendar Default View: The calendar now defaults to “My View”, showing only your own items upon opening.
Fix-It Release
- Contact Role Tooltip: Fixed tooltip display for the Contact Role dropdown in Contacts & Companies.
- Empty Logs on Contact Association: Resolved issue showing empty logs when assigning contact owners.
- Donut Chart Display: Fixed alignment of donut charts to remain centered in chart previews.
- Duplicate Opportunities: Prevented opportunities from appearing in both Active and Archived sections.
- File Upload Area: Users can now drop files anywhere inside the Contact/Company modal.
- Next Meeting Column Order: Ensured the Next Meeting column displays in the correct order in Contacts List View.
- Address Field Position: The Address field now appears in the correct position within the modal, based on settings.
- Reports Export: Fixed issue downloading opportunity reports grouped by Companies and Stages.
