Introduction
This release delivers major new capabilities — including Enterprise SSO, Company and User Settings, and enhanced Deal Ownership — alongside updates to Contacts & Companies, Import, and Data Hub, plus a focused round of fixes across Mobile, Analytics, Filters, Resource Planning, and CRM.
Power-Up Release
- Enterprise SSO — Organizations can now configure SAML-based Single Sign-On, letting users sign in through their identity provider. Admins get SSO enforcement, domain verification, and visibility into sign-in activity across the organization.
- Company Settings — Admins can now manage company profile information — including company name, website, country, date format, default currency, and logo — from a dedicated settings page.
- User Settings — Users can now update their personal profile (name, email, phone number) and manage security preferences such as password reset and multi-factor authentication.
- Deal Owners — Primary & Secondary — Users can now designate a Primary and Secondary owner on opportunities, with role badges, quick actions from the context menu, and dedicated columns in list view.
- Contacts & Companies — New List View — Contacts and Companies list views now use an updated grid layout, delivering improved performance and a more consistent browsing experience.
- Import — Match Associations by Identifier — When importing records with associations, users can now match by a chosen identifier field — such as a contact's email — instead of relying solely on name matching.
Feature Drop
- New Project button in the Projects menu — You can now create a new project directly from the Projects side panel, without navigating to a different screen.
- List view field customization — More users can now activate or deactivate the fields shown in list views, making it easier to tailor columns to their workflow.
- Smarter association dropdown ordering — Association pickers now surface the most relevant contacts and companies first, even in long paginated lists, making it faster to find the right record to link.
- InDesign Plugin — open files from Data Hub — .indd files stored in Data Hub now open directly in a new InDesign tab, removing the need to download and reopen them manually.
