Introduction
This release brings major upgrades to the Workforce and Projects modules — redesigned screens, new profile views, and more powerful ways to manage your team and track project progress — alongside a full round of fixes and improvements across Opportunity Groups, Analytics, Role-Based Permissions, Workflows, and more.
Power-Up Release
- New Workforce and Projects screens — Both modules have been redesigned with a persistent left-side navigation menu that lets you move between members or projects without leaving the page. Team Members now open in a full profile view with dedicated tabs for Team Member Info, Social, Contacts, Companies, Education, Credentials, Career History, Projects, Files, and more — giving you a complete picture of each person in one place.
- In the Workforce list, team members are organized by status — Active and Inactive — making it easy to see who is currently available.
- New list view for Projects and Team Members — with field visualization customization — Both modules now have a dedicated list view that mirrors the Opportunities list experience. Choose which columns appear, reorder them by dragging, and the layout is saved to your account. Both lists support sorting, filtering, and row-level quick actions — giving your team a consistent, configurable view across all modules.
- In the Projects list, projects are grouped by status — Backlog, In Progress, Active, and more — so you can track pipeline at a glance.
- Planning tab for Projects — Projects now include a dedicated Planning tab with key scheduling and classification fields: Project Start Date, Project End Date, Project Status, Project Stage, Categories, and any custom fields your team has configured. Everything needed to track a project's lifecycle is now in one focused section.
- Resource Profile tab for Team Members — A new Resource Profile tab on each team member consolidates workforce-specific data in one place: Hire Date, Termination Date, Member Status, Member Type, Categories, Project Roles, and Salary.
- Redesigned Add Member modal — Adding team members to a project now uses a redesigned modal with more control. You can assign members to a specific team, set the assignment period and role, apply filters to narrow the member list, and select multiple members at once — all in a single step.
- New Associate Project modal for Team Members — From a team member's profile, you can now associate a project directly through a dedicated modal. Set the assignment period, apply filters to find the right project, and search across all available projects — making it easy to keep a member's project history up to date without leaving their profile.
Fix-It Release
- Workforce & Projects
- Members with multiple project assignments now show a +X indicator in the Associated Projects column.
- The "Associated Projects" column in the Workforce list view now shows all active projects for accounts without the advanced planning module, replacing columns that were irrelevant for those accounts.
- Clicking a member's timeline bar in the Gantt view now opens the correct detail panel.
- Lost and Archived opportunities are now excluded from the Projects Gantt when "Include Opportunities" is enabled.
- Project status logs no longer appear incorrectly in the Opportunity Activity Log.
- Project links from notifications and email now route to the correct Projects module URL.
- Notification Preferences — the "DataHub" label has been renamed to "Projects" with the correct icon.
- Inactive members are no longer shown in the Add Member modal, but their existing assignments are preserved.
- Utilization sliders are now hidden in the Add Member and Associate Project modals when the advanced planning module is not active.
- Experience calculations in the member sidebar (Years in the Industry, Years with Company) now use the correct logic — overlapping career periods are merged, and the Hire Date field drives company tenure.
- Opportunity Groups
- On-call group values now update immediately after editing an opportunity from inside the group, without requiring a page reload.
- The opportunity details request is no longer cancelled after converting opportunity groups.
- Role-Based Permissions
- Records the user cannot access now appear visibly grayed out (instead of being hidden) across Opportunities, Contacts, Companies, Projects, and Tasks — preserving data relationships while enforcing access restrictions.
- Users are now shown only in their current team after being removed from previous teams.
- Projects now have consistent visibility and interaction behavior inside Contact and Company cards based on the user's permissions.
- Workflows
- Workflows with a "Field option selected" trigger now fire correctly when the field is updated via an integration.
- Analytics
- Chart y-axis now correctly shows quantities (not percentages) when aggregating numeric values.
- Opportunities
- Opportunity creation no longer fails intermittently due to database replica lag — the workforce team is initialized and assignment notifications are sent reliably on creation.
- Deleting an opportunity from filtered results no longer causes search counters or "Show More" behavior to go out of sync.
- The address column in the Opportunities list now correctly falls back to the additional address when the primary address is empty.
- When creating an opportunity directly from the list view, the date picker now includes quick-select presets (Today, Tomorrow, In 7 / 14 / 30 / 60 / 90 days) and a time input.
- Removing Group Focus in the Opportunity List View now correctly restores the view that was previously selected.
- Team Members
- Users can now permanently delete headshot images from team member profiles. Previously, the delete action refreshed the list but the image remained.
