ProjectMark Application Enhancement

Introduction

This release delivers a full mobile Tasks experience aligned with the web app, faster and more reliable CRM performance and search, and fixes across role-based permissions, DataHub, reports, InDesign, and more.

Feature Drop

  • Mobile Tasks board — A mobile Tasks board that mirrors the web: task count, assignee (defaults to you), search, the same filters as web, Group by (due date, opportunity, contact, company, status, priority, progress, opportunity stage, category, ungrouped), collapsible groups with Create task in each group, and Show complete so finished tasks appear with the expected styling.
  • Mobile task modal — The task detail experience on mobile is brought in line with web: a richer Overview with associations, status, progress, categories, and description; bottom sheets for linking opportunities, contacts, and companies; status and progress rules including completion; subtasks, attachments, and notes; plus quick actions for creating subtasks, uploading files, and adding notes.

Fix-It Release

  • Role-based permissions & user management
    • The team column in User Management layout behaves correctly at different screen sizes.
    • After someone is removed from earlier teams, they show as assigned only to their current team where expected.
    • Creating a subtask no longer shows a misleading error when the user cannot view a related record.
    • On accounts with a single office and team, ownership for tasks and opportunities still lets people choose private vs team-visible, matching how privacy works elsewhere.
    • Reports no longer include deleted projects.
  • Opportunity grouping
    • Group totals stay accurate when opportunity financial values change, including when values are entered quickly.
  • Settings
    • Saving project value model settings no longer creates duplicate models.
  • DataHub
    • Opening an award from team members shows the correct field values.
  • CRM & performance
    • Tooltips stay fully visible when UI sits near the edge of the screen.
    • The contacts list loads faster.
    • Search in CRM returns more reliable results.
  • Reports
    • Choosing custom fields to export no longer reorders every column alphabetically.
  • InDesign
    • Text replacement works when the source content includes line breaks.
