Introduction
This release enhances reporting and analytics, improves DataHub and InDesign workflows, and brings important fixes across Opportunities, Tasks, Contacts & Companies, and Integrations. Updates focus on delivering more accurate data, smoother interactions, and greater reliability in day-to-day usage across the platform.
Power-Up Release
- Active user reports – Active user reports now include login count for the selected period and last login time per user, giving admins clearer visibility into engagement.
- Report preview & export (UI reports) – Broad refresh of report layout and behavior: clearer headers and hierarchy, cleaner tables (fewer grid lines, smarter column widths, sticky headers on scroll), improved totals/toggles, and more consistent numeric formatting—aligned with recent customer feedback.
- InDesign plugin – DataHub relink – New Auto-Link / relink flow so users can restore DataHub-linked assets after files move or are shared, including option to relink a single file or all links at once.
Fix-It Release
- Analytics
- List charts keep their data when switching between sum and quantity aggregation.
- Pie chart widgets using percentage aggregate now show percentages, not incorrect total/sum-style values.
- Formula fields
- Formulas that reference fields in other sections evaluate reliably instead of failing.
- Opportunities
- Saved filters: Rename and Delete again open the expected modals instead of a frozen/blinking screen.
- Tasks
- Due date can be cleared reliably—the clear control stays usable on hover.
- Contacts & companies
- Types load correctly in the contacts/companies modal even when settings-related permissions are restricted.
- Integrations
- The integrations list updates immediately after changes, without requiring a manual page refresh.
- Fixed an issue where resource mappings were not replicated across workflows.
- Improved validation to ignore invalid phone numbers coming from Building Connected integrations.
