ProjectMark Application Enhancement

Introduction

This release introduces new capabilities across Formula Fields, Analytics, and DataHub, along with improvements to Opportunity Grouping, Role-Based Permissions, Integrations, and the InDesign plugin. The update focuses on expanding reporting flexibility, improving image handling, and addressing usability and stability issues across several modules.

Power-Up Release

  • Cross-Module Formula Fields with Financial Data – Users can now create custom formula fields across all modules, including support for financial fields, allowing more flexible calculations and reporting across the platform.
  • Multi-Bid Analytics Improvements – The Analytics / Reports Preview now includes Opportunity Type and Group Title for Multi-Bid reports. A dark row indicator was also added to better distinguish group-level data within reports.
  • DataHub Image Downloads – When clicking Download on an image in DataHub, a modal now opens showing the image title, preview, and multiple size options. Users can select one or more sizes, and a ZIP file will be generated with the selected renditions.

Feature Drop

  • InDesign Plugin – Added functionality to allow users to view and open PDFs directly within InDesign using the plugin.
