These groups are designed for master contracts where work is awarded over time through multiple task orders, authorizations, or releases. Instead of managing each opportunity separately, ProjectMark allows you to track all related pursuits against a shared contract value and contract period.
You’ll also see how to monitor awarded opportunities, remaining contract capacity, active pursuits, and group-level information while organizing opportunities across Kanban and List views. This workflow is especially useful for long-term service agreements, municipal contracts, school districts, and ongoing project vehicles where multiple opportunities draw down from the same contract over time.
