Multi-Bid Groups Explained

In this video, you’ll learn how to create and manage Multi-Bid Groups inside ProjectMark. Multi-Bid Groups are designed for situations where the same scope of work is being pursued through multiple contractors or delivery teams, while only one opportunity is expected to move forward. Instead of counting every opportunity independently and inflating your pipeline, ProjectMark allows you to group related bids together using either an average value or a selected primary opportunity value for more accurate forecasting and reporting.

You’ll also see how to organize grouped opportunities across Kanban and List views, manage group stages, filter grouped pursuits, and track the progress of multiple bids while keeping your pipeline clean and realistic.
