Multi-Scope Projects Explained

In this video, you’ll learn how to create and manage Multi-Scope Projects inside ProjectMark. Multi-Scope Projects are used when multiple scopes of work belong to the same overall project and should be tracked together under a single structure. Each opportunity represents an individual scope, while the group combines them into a complete view of the total project value.

This video also covers how to organize grouped opportunities across Kanban and List views, manage shared notes and logs, use filtering and group focus tools, and keep related scopes connected while still managing each opportunity individually. Multi-Scope Projects are especially valuable for complex pursuits involving multiple trades, disciplines, buildings, or phases of work.
