ProjectMark Application Enhancement

Introduction

This release delivers new capabilities across Opportunities, Tasks, Contact Enrichment, and Settings — including duplicate detection on record creation, a priority column in the opportunity list, and the ability to rename default sections — alongside a focused round of fixes across Resource Management, Contact Enrichment, Import, Reports, and more.

Power-Up Release

  • Duplicate detection on record creation — When creating a new contact or company, the system now surfaces potential duplicate matches inline before the record is saved. A dropdown and overlay appear when a likely match is found, helping teams catch duplicates at the source and keep CRM data clean from the start.
  • Contact Enrichment — redesigned user dropdown — The user dropdown menu in the Contact Enrichment flow has been fully redesigned for a cleaner, more intuitive experience, making it faster to select and apply enrichment actions.

Feature Drop

  • Priority column in Opportunity list view — A new Priority column is now available in the Opportunity list view, letting teams sort and track opportunities by priority at a glance.
  • Rename default sections on Projects and Opportunities — Default sections can now be renamed on both Projects and Opportunities, giving firms the flexibility to match section labels to their internal terminology.
  • Type dates directly in date fields — Users can now type dates directly into date picker fields instead of only selecting from the calendar, speeding up data entry across the application.
  • Activity logging reminder — 1, 3, and 5-day intervals — Tasks now support 1, 3, and 5-day reminder intervals for activity logging, giving users finer control over follow-up cadence.

Fix-It Release

  • Opportunities
    • Cent values are no longer shown in board and list stage header totals, keeping financial figures clean and scannable.
    • The search bar now matches on Group title, making it easier to find opportunities organised under a group.
    • An eye icon now appears in list view to open the opportunity modal directly; the modal no longer breaks when the title field is cleared.
    • Clicking outside the opportunity creation modal now prompts a discard confirmation, preventing accidental data loss.
    • Board search results now correctly filter the displayed items.
  • List View
    • The description field no longer closes unexpectedly when scrolling or clicking inside it.
  • Resource Management
    • Multiple fixes applied across the Gantt view (vertical scroll reset, role colour updates), the Add Member modal search, On Leave colour consistency, and planning section date refresh behaviour.
  • Contact Enrichment
    • Multiple fixes applied across credit rollback when a phone number is not found, field overwrite rule enforcement, empty career history creation, and product gate enforcement for companies without the AI & Enrichment product.
  • Reports
    • Report schedule fields are no longer reset when a partial update is sent — only the fields included in the payload are updated.
  • Import Tool
    • The import tool now accepts common phone number formats and website URLs that omit the https://www prefix.
  • User Management
    • Users can no longer be assigned more than one permission type to the same team, preventing conflicting role-based permission configurations.
  • InDesign Plugin
    • SVG files are now correctly read and placed as image assets in the plugin.
  • Email Activation
    • Email addresses containing a + symbol are now handled correctly during account activation and password reset flows.
