Introduction
This release brings visible improvements across Settings, Opportunities, Resource Management, Analytics, and Notifications — including a new way to manage dropdown field options, a smarter record association flow, and Gantt view enhancements — alongside a focused round of fixes across Multi-Bid Groups, Reports, Role-Based Permissions, and more.
Power-Up Release
- Deactivate and reactivate dropdown field options — Administrators can now deactivate individual options within dropdown and select fields directly from Settings > Data Fields. Deactivated options are removed from the picker so users can no longer select them, while records that already carry the value are fully preserved. Reactivating an option restores it to the list for future selections. Each action shows a tooltip confirming the behavior before you proceed.
- Redesigned record association flow — Contacts & Companies — Adding a contact or company to an opportunity, project, or other record now leads with a search of existing records first. The standalone "Create New" buttons have been removed from the initial view and repositioned as a secondary action inside the association modal — making it easier to find and reuse existing CRM data before creating something new. Button labels have been updated for clarity (e.g., "Add Contact" instead of "Add Existing Contact") across Opportunities, Contacts, Companies, Workforce, and Projects.
Feature Drop
- Gantt view — confirmation modal when assigning a member — Dragging and dropping a team member onto a team or phase in the Gantt view now opens a confirmation modal before the assignment is saved. From the modal, you can set the utilization percentage and confirm or cancel the assignment — giving you more control over staffing decisions without accidental assignments.
- Gantt view — clear dates on assignment period — Start and end date fields in the Gantt assignment period now include a clear (×) button. The button appears when a date is set and disappears when the field is empty, making it faster to remove a date without manually deleting the value.
- Search in Fields to Display modal — The Fields to Display modal now includes a search bar, making it easier to find and toggle specific fields when managing list view columns.
Fix-It Release
- Analytics
- The deal funnel widget now loads correctly when navigating to Analytics from the Opportunities section. Previously, the widget appeared empty and required a manual page refresh to display data.
- Notifications
- Action buttons in the Notifications panel — Mark as Read, Settings, and Delete — no longer disappear when the panel is opened. All actions are now consistently visible and accessible.
- Opportunity Groups
- After moving a Multi-Bid Group to Won and selecting the winning opportunity, the stage totals now update immediately to reflect the correct value. Previously, the correct total was only visible after a page refresh.
- Opportunities
- Clicking an opportunity title in the list view now opens the opportunity modal correctly.
- The add button in the opportunity view has been corrected for proper styling and alignment.
- Reports
- Address fields in the report field selector now display in a clean, readable format (e.g., "Address - City", "Address - State") instead of raw dot-notation (e.g., "Addresses.city") on Opportunity and Company Projects reports.
- Role-Based Permissions
- Read-only users no longer see editor-level action buttons on records they do not have permission to modify.
- Custom field panel configuration no longer fails for users who created custom fields without global access. Field routes are now correctly scoped so that panel options load as expected for all users.
- Color Pickers
- Color picker behavior has been corrected across the application following a regression introduced in a previous release.
- Outlook Plugin
- The meeting organiser is now included in unknown contact detection when opening a received calendar event, ensuring organiser details are surfaced for association alongside other attendees.
