ProjectMark Application Enhancement

Introduction

This release delivers new capabilities for Workflows, Reports, Files, and Integrations, along with a round of targeted fixes across Settings, User Management, CRM, Procore, and more.

Feature Drop

  • Deletion options for files from associated records — When removing a file linked to an associated record, you can now choose whether to delete only the association or permanently remove the file itself — giving you more control over file management without unintended data loss.
  • Sortable options in Tag & Dropdown field editor — Options in Tag and Dropdown custom fields can now be reordered directly from the field editor by dragging, making it easier to organize picklist values without recreating them.
  • Public API rate limit increased to 500 requests per hour — The Public API now supports up to 500 requests per hour per company, up from the previous limit — providing more headroom for integrations and automated workflows.

Fix-It Release

  • Integrations
    • The Integration Logs screen has been fixed and now includes filtering capabilities, making it easier to locate and review specific log entries.
    • Filters set in the Contact Sync Integration step are now correctly displayed and applied.
    • Procore — Rate limit (429) handling and 403 fallback errors on financial data requests are now resolved, preventing failed syncs when Procore enforces API limits.
    • Duplicate fields no longer appear in the Overview Fields panel when clicking Add Field in integration settings.
  • Workflows
    • Conditional options on opportunity custom fields no longer generate duplicate tasks when triggered.
  • Reports
    • Grouped columns in report views now support sorting, allowing you to sort data within active groupings.
  • User Management
    • The User Type dropdown no longer opens behind the Add User button in Safari, resolving a layering issue that blocked the selector.
  • Workforce
    • The Workforce list no longer refreshes unnecessarily when unrelated member fields are updated, improving performance and reducing visual disruption.
