Introduction
This release introduces new enhancements to Forecast, along with feature improvements and important fixes across the platform. Updates include more flexible automation triggers, expanded support for Potential Projects, and reporting improvements for better visibility and accuracy. In addition, several fixes were applied to improve stability and ensure a smoother experience across CRM, Opportunities, Reports, Mobile, and Tasks.
Power-Up Release
- Forecast – Introduces new tools and improvements to help you plan, track, and forecast results with greater clarity and confidence. This update enhances the overall experience and brings more consistency across the platform, making it easier to work with forecasts and related data in your day-to-day workflows.
Feature Drop
- Integrations – Automation triggers can now include filters, allowing workflows to run only when records meet specific conditions. This gives users more control and precision when building automations.
- Potential Projects – You can now choose PM Projects to flow into PC Potential Projects, following the same experience already available for Opportunities.
Auto-Upgrade
- Log Events – Contact email addresses are now displayed when the contact name is missing.
- Reports – The “Updated At” field is now available for use in reports, providing better visibility into record changes.
Fix-It Release
- Mobile – Fixed an error that appeared when accessing the Opportunity board via the bottom navigation and returning to Home.
- Vista – Fixed an issue where the professional's assigned field was being updated multiple times due to incorrect data processing.
- Tasks – Empty activity logs are no longer displayed when a task is deleted.
- Settings – Access to the User Settings menu is no longer incorrectly restricted by Office permissions.
- Opportunities
- Fixed an error that occurred when updating Financial values immediately after creating or opening an opportunity.
- Notes count for opportunities now displays correctly.
- Weighted Value now updates correctly when an opportunity is moved to a different stage.
- Fixed an issue where changing the Win Probability dropdown sent an incorrect value.
- Reports
- Exported reports now show full date values instead of single-digit dates.
- Fixed an issue where Confidence Rating failed when grouped with another field.
