Efortlessly Manage Your Opportunities with the ProjectMark Mobile App
The ProjectMark Mobile App is designed to simplify your workflow and keep you productive on the go. This tutorial video walks you through the app’s key features, helping you make the most of its powerful tools.
Start at the Home Screen, where you can view all your upcoming activities and instantly create new opportunities, contacts, tasks, emails, and notes. Use the search bar to find what you need by keyword—whether it’s opportunities, contacts, or companies.
Navigate seamlessly using the Main Menu, which provides quick access to your home screen and the Opportunities Board. The View All button at the top right also takes you to the board, where you can explore all active opportunity stages. Leverage advanced filters to refine your search and easily reset the board when done.
Dive deeper into each opportunity to manage its details, such as:
- Deal owners, stages, due dates, and priorities.
- Tasks linked to the opportunity.
- Associated contacts, which can be added from a list, searched by name, or created from scratch.
The app also includes a Team Planning tab, allowing you to assemble and organize your project team, as well as a Comments section for notes and updates. You can review the Activity History to track everything that’s happened within the opportunity.
The Plus button at the bottom of the screen provides instant access to creating new records or sending emails linked directly to opportunities. When adding tasks, simply fill in the description, assign it to a team member, and set a due date for completion.
