Use this guide to install the ProjectMark Outlook Plugin so you can connect your Outlook email activity to ProjectMark. Once installed, you’ll see the ProjectMark add-in inside Outlook, where you can sign in and begin linking emails to the right contacts, companies, opportunities, or projects.
This guide covers installation only. Usage (logging emails, linking records, creating tasks, etc.) should be documented in separate how-to guides or videos.
Before you start
- You may need permission from your IT / Microsoft 365 admin to install add-ins (some organizations restrict this).
- Make sure you have your ProjectMark login credentials available.
- Confirm you’re using a supported version of Outlook (desktop or web) based on how your company manages add-ins.
