Creating and Managing Tasks with ProjectMark’s Outlook Plugin

Learn how to streamline your workflow by creating and managing tasks directly from ProjectMark's Outlook Plugin.

Basic Task Options

  • Step 1: Add a title to your task.
  • Step 2: Assign the task to the appropriate team member.
  • Step 3: Set a due date and determine the task's priority.

Managing Email Associations

Email associations are automatically linked to your task. You can also manually add new associations or remove any undesired ones for better customization.

Additional Task Management Features

  • Update the task’s stage.
  • Track progress.
  • Add a detailed description.

Creating Subtasks

If needed, subtasks can be created by following the same steps used for creating a main task.

Managing Tasks for Opportunities

When accessing the email associated opportunities, navigate to the Tasks section at the bottom of the page to view, manage, or create tasks specific to that opportunity.

Tasks created through an opportunity automatically include the opportunity’s associations, just like in the CRM.

Accessing Tasks in the CRM

Click the Open in CRM button to be redirected to your task board in ProjectMark, where you can continue managing your tasks seamlessly.
