Customer Readiness Package; Starting From Scratch

This customer readiness package details how to setup ProjectMark from scratch, if you are not using any CRM or other data storage solutions.

General account setup:

-User data: please fill out the following spreadsheet with any person who will have access to ProjectMark. Let us know if you have questions!

-Project data: please fill out the following spreadsheet with any projects you'd like uploaded to ProjectMark. These text fields will be associated to the project provided and used within our Design+ module to build into proposals, so make sure you are happy with the text before submitting! 📹 View our video here on how to upload Projects into ProjectMark.

-Contacts & companies data: please fill out the following spreadsheet with any contact data. ProjectMark also integrates with Outlook and GMail and can import contacts that way. Please see our Outlook integration Knowledge Base Article! 

-Team data: please fill out the following spreadsheet with your teams information. This will be used to associate opportunities with the correct team members, as well as to supplement Design+ with professional information. 

Design+ setup:

-Resumes & Templates; please send any of your current resumes, project case studies, etc. to mstrong@projectmark.com, or submit at ticket at support.projectmark.com, ProjectMark will upload these to your Design+ module on your behalf! *Need new/updated templates? Let us know at Kick Off to schedule a meeting with our Design team*

CRM setup:

Our CRM is meant to meet you and your team where you are at. If you have a specific type of mapping, or have concerns about your current data setup, please just let us know!

-Not currently tracking CRM data? No problem! See our template attached. *Note: ProjectMark allows for many custom fields, feel free to add whatever types of columns your team would like to track and ProjectMark will take care of the rest!*
