Building Connected Integration

We are excited to announce the launch of our Building Connected Integration! See below for instructions on how to set up.

PLEASE NOTE; In order to utilize the Building Connected Integration, your Building Connected subscription MUST include Bid Board Pro. Please see us with any questions.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR BUILDING CONNECTED INTEGRATION

Begin by navigating to Settings and selecting Integration, then Integration Hub.

1. Configure

Sign into your AutoDesk Construction Cloud account and select which ProjectMark modules you'd like to integrate with Building Connected.

2. Stage Mapping

Map your Building Connected stages to corresponding bid stages in ProjectMark

3. Field Mapping

Map the individual data fields from your Building Connected opportunity to the corresponding fields within ProjectMark

4. Trigger events

Triggers & Actions allow you to control what data flows from Building Connected to ProjectMark and when

For example, when an opportunity is deleted in Building Connected, it can be configured to be deleted in ProjectMark as well (see below).
